Robert D. Green, DC

Dr. Robert Green is a cum laude graduate of New York Chiropractic College, and holds a B.S. in Biology from Penn State University where he played varsity baseball. He has studied at the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center for Elite Sport Science and Principles in Training Theory. Dr. Green began his career in Williamsburg, VA where he was a chiropractor in an extensive family practice and chiropractic consultant with the College of William & Mary Sports Medicine Department. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credentialed by the National Strength and Conditioning Association .

Dr. Green is a full body certified Active Release Technique Provider.  He is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine, and certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.  Dr. Green is currently staff chiropractor for Richmond Pro Cycling Team.  He is also on the Medical Advisory Board for ACAC's Physician Referred Exercise Program.  Dr. Green is an avid cyclist and Ironman triathlete, and while he has an interest in dealing with endurance athletes, he also enjoys maintaining a diverse family practice ranging from children to experienced adults.

Hi, my name is Jessie, Office Manager for Active Chiropractic. I have been in the administrative field for the past 3 years and before that I worked as a cosmetologist.

 I have the gift of gab and love talking with our patients and hearing their stories of family and general life, as well as taking the journey to wellness with them. It’s amazing how some are barely able to walk through the door and after just a few visits to our office, are able to walk with little to no pain and are smiling again.

  When I’m not at the office I enjoy planting (and killing) flowers in my yard, attending my son's soccers games and spending time with my 3 little men.

I am from Southwest Virginia and have lived in Richmond area for 12 years.  As the newest memeber of the Active Team, you'll find me assisting patients with their rehab and therapies or assisting Dr. Green. I really enjoy the patient interaction and getting to know everyone on a personal level. I have been in the medical field for the past 4 years and really like knowing i'm helping make a difference. In my spare time I enjoy decorating  my new apartment and eating cereal. I look forward to seeing you.
